Most recently, I  had the opportunity to contribute as the director for an initiative called Next Chapter at Slack. This effort aimed to create pathways from incarceration to technology roles, focusing on supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds. The project, one of the first of its kind in the U.S., later expanded to several states.

Before diving into the tech sector, I was fortunate enough to serve at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, where I had a role in the LGBT policy council among other responsibilities. I also had the honor of working in the Office of Presidential Correspondence during the Obama administration, where I had the privilege of reading and understanding letters sent to the president from young individuals in detention facilities.

My academic journey led me to the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, where I studied tech and AI regulation. Additionally, I furthered my education with a focus on Technology, Innovation, and Education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
