Whether it's building a platform through code or making a platform with policies in the political arena, we can't do wither without imagining what the end user needs, what they desire, and getting it right how we serve them best. With a foot in each of these worlds, I think about how empathy is the holy grail for any team, product, or leader looking to build something that will outlast them.
